COVID-19 is causing unprecedented challenges and changing the way we exist and work, so here are some great tips for setting up your laptop at home.

With more and more people being forced to work from home, we have posted a quick video of some basic tips to set up your laptop at home. The importance of getting your laptop set up properly at home can’t be emphasised enough.

Watch the basic tips below, but obviously try and adapt them to your situation and circumstances.

Most importantly, be disciplined and stand up and walk away from your workstation every 20-30 minutes.

This will give your spine and your brain a much needed break.
