How to Correctly Squat, Lunge and Deadlift
Many of our patients are very fearful of deadlifting and squatting, but if done correctly, these movements can be the game-changer in unlocking incredible gains.
Whether you are at the gym, at bootcamp, or simply moving a heavy object in the workplace, these can be everyday movements that can cause injury if not performed correctly.

The big tip:
It is very easy to injure yourself if your technique is incorrect. Keep your form when completing these exercises so your body gains strength (not a niggly injury!).
Make sure you keep your form throughout the whole movement and the whole set, as fatigue can set in and affect your form (increasing your risk of injury). If done correctly, these exercises can help build a Kevlar Spine.
