Whether at the gym, at bootcamp, or simply helping move a heavy object in the workplace, these can be everyday movements that can cause injury if not performed correctly. Watch Dr. Greg Sher demonstrate the best method to squat, lunge and deadlift in this short video:

The big tip:

It is very easy to injure yourself if your technique is incorrect. Keep your form when completing these exercises so your body gains strength (not a niggly injury!).
